Hi everyone, school reopens tomorrow. Please kindly bring the following:
- Homework. All homework given for the holidays are to be handed in to Ms Foo regardless of whether you are with Ms Foo or Mrs Ng's class.
- Workbooks and files. Those who have not handed in the workbook ad files before or during the holidays, please bring them tomorrow.
- SA1 Exam Papers. Please bring back all your English, Maths and Science SA1 Exam Papers.

Hi everyone,
I know all of you have been waiting for this blog entry. I can only make this announcement now as nothing has yet been confirmed previously. I will like all of you to know and understand that these changes are to help you to achieve better results for PSLE. As you know, our class of 37 pupils is too large to give you focused attention. With smaller groups, Mrs Ng and I will be able to push all of you to your full potential. Do not get overly affected if your close friends are no longer with you in the same class. The changes will be for your Maths and English periods only. I will be teaching the whole class Science and the rest of the other subjects like Social Studies, Art, Music and PE, you will still be doing them together. The grouping is based on your CA1 and SA1 Maths results.
The following pupils will be joining Mrs Ng for English and Maths :

Be positive towards these changes, they are done in your best interests. Let us be more focused and worked together with Mrs Ng and me towards excellent PSLE results. Do not dwell on why the class has to be split, do not get too emotional, be receptive and positive. A letter on school measures towards H1N1 and the travel declaration form can be found in our school website, www.eastcoastpri.moe.edu.sg. Please print out the declaration form. Those who have chosen to have it posted to your home, you will receive the form latest by Friday. Do filled up the form and bring it with you when you return to school on Monday. If you have visited any affected countries, please home quarantine yourself for 7 days. If you have not travelled to any country and do not feel well, do not return to school too. Do check the blog for more updates.

Vincent Nguyen is leaving on the 10th to Vietnam and then to Canada to further his studies. It has been a pleasure to have him in our class. We have shared alot of good times and bad times. He is always so caring towards his peers. We will miss his special and infectious laughter and Miss Foo will miss her great helper. We will cherish the memories we have shared and we wish you all the best in whatever you do. Don't forget us because we know we will never forget you....Goodbye Vincent...
